- To develop an innovative service of the “educational guidance for people 60+” (set of tools).
- To develop a “Handbook for adult education staff” on how to organise and conduct educational guidance for people 60+.
- To raise skills / competences / knowledge by at least 4 Adult staff in the field of lifelong learning / educational guidance / teaching people 60+, thanks to the research phase and the exchange of good practices.
- To provide educational guidance support to at least 16 participants 60+ in local environment.
- To provide learners 60+ in Italy and Poland with new opportunities for educational and personal development by expanding the educational offer of at least 4 adult learning providers with a new service of “educational guidance for people 60+”.
- Best practice exchange and development of educational guidance for seniors toolkit.
- A handbook for adult educators for self-development on educational guidance for seniors.
- Promotion of the educational guidance for seniors, exchange of good practices and dissemination activities.
- Project management and Implementation.
- A Toolkit for educational guidance for people 60+.
- A Handbook for adult education staff on how to develop, conduct, monitor and evaluate the educational guidance for people 60+.
- Increasing knowledge, competences and skills by at least 4 staff s from 2 partner institutions.
- Increasing the staff and institutional potential of 2 entities from Italy and Poland.
- Expanding the offer in the field of educational guidance for adults 60+ in two partner countries.
